Thank you for who contributed to this historic event.  Your vote and dedication to the cause will not be forgotten, making Michigan the 13th state to protect the most vulnerable among us.


In 1979, Michigan passed a widely popular medical marijuana bill.  It protected patients and provided controlled regulated access through clinics and family physicians.  Over the next two years Federal Intransigence and interference doomed Michigan medical cannabis program.  After patients and doctors pronounced the program dead and unworkable and began to drop out, the law lapsed in 1981.  We can not let our victory to be stolen from us a second time.
